When I was a child, malachite was the first crystal I discovered many years ago. Malachite displays a beautiful deep green color with lighter and darker green bands running through it. Malachite is a stone of the heart, nature, abundance, and healing.

Forms: Natural, tumbled/polished, carved, cut
Energy: Absorbent
Color: Green

Placement: On or near the heart chakra; worn as a necklace or bracelet; in a suitcase or carry-on bag while traveling
Properties: Absorbs negative energy, guards against pollution (energetic and physical), protects against accidents, eases travel-related fears

Usage Tip: Malachite is believed to provide protection during air travel. Carry a small piece in your carry-on bag or even in your pocket when flying.
